How long does the glow last?
A few minutes, fading slowly. That is the point: the board clears itself for the next drawing.
Is the UV pen safe?
It is a low-power UV LED for drawing. Never shine it into eyes, and supervise younger children.
Does it work in daylight?
Best in a dim room. In daylight the glow is faint.
When will it arrive?
Dispatched from our maker within 3 to 7 working days, then tracked delivery to the UK, usually 7 to 12 working days. We confirm your dispatch date (and the UK safety paperwork) by email before taking payment. For Christmas, reserve by Friday 27 November 2026.
Can I return it?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send it back unused in its box for a refund. Arrived faulty or stops working within 12 months? We replace it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
